Sitting in the parking lot in OKC you know it's cold when the birds do their version of backing up to the stove to warm the backside landing on a freshly parked Jeep sitting on the hood an in front of the radiator trying to warm up.
Temp is 23* with 28mph winds

Cows should be good with hay in windbreaks . Ice shouldn't be to thick so they can get water . Just have to check things every now an then to make sure .
