Look at this good supper!
All of this from the produce man on the four wheeler stopping at my door. (A.K.A. son-in-law). So I boiled new potatoes ,and then I put nice melted butter, a little garlic salt on them, they were ready to go.
The corn was so sweet and tender I don’t know what the name of it was, all I know is it was a good sweet corn. We enjoyed tonight's supper. I still have a few more suppers to go!
The zucchini is going to be making some good zucchini bread. Chocolate zucchini bread tastes wonderful! I found a recipe for zucchini cookies? I don’t know about that one. I'll see if I can find time for a new recipe. I still have cucumbers in the fridge for a nice cucumber salad.
I'm busy planning and cooking for a small July 4th cookout! So far hamburgers of course, I can't touch beef so somebody else gets to make and cook those. Turkey burgers for me. Chips, some kind of cowboy caviar, pasta and potato salads, drinks (non alcoholic), Desserts, red white and blue jello cups, chocolate cupcakes with marshmallow inside, Watermelon, maybe some frozen chocolate banana pops
Well that's the plan lets see what actually gets done! LOL
