Lung Doctor Visit

Went to the lung doctor.... thursday. Thought I might find some really good answers. Did a breathing test. No ex rays at this time. I have had one recently they said I had a lot of scrar tissue.

He said I have COPD but mainly from the Asthma not heart of anything like that.

Of course he said I would feel much better if I lost a load of weight. I never had much luck with that but it has been years so I might give it a try again. I am not one of those people that likes to measure and count things. That is such BS! Tell me I can eat this and this and I am good to go. No trading or this for that or anything.....

I saw a package deal at Sams I might try. Problem with that is I am so sensitive to all the stuff they put in food sometimes it makes me sick. I still might try it. Maybe I will get lucky. Will have to read the box.

I had a sausage patty at home and felt depressed all day..... for instance.

He told me to increase my D3 from 2000 IU to 4000. Everything else I am taking looked good to him.  (Proud of that one! I did pretty good figuring that out! LOL)

He did say I am a intelligent person. (in other words fairly educated for the average Josephine on the street) about the medical stuff.

He actually sent me to a Chinese doctor for patients he can't do much with. He said he has done wonders for his folks he couldn't help.

Soooo .... what did I get out of all this..... ?????

I am smart enough....
I need to seriously lose the weight ...somehow....
I also am under more stress than I realized. I am always the fixer for everyone else. Time to tell most folks to simply go to hell so I can do what I want to do for me.....Never been to good at that. ...

I thought I would actually give the allopathic medicine a try with a steroid type spray. If it will make me feel good enough I can walk on my machine just long enough to make  a difference in my weight it will be worth it.  I am so against this stuff but I am also desperate.

WELL THAT WAS ONE HECK OF A MISTAKE!!!!

I used this spray 3 times...... after 2 times I could tell something was off but on #3 I looked up the side effects.

I have 13 of the serious ones you stop using and call the doctor.
I have 5 of the less serious ones.... All of that from just 3 times!!!

To !@@###LL with it!!

I will go back to homeopathy and do more research from a different angle. Maybe I will have better luck there. So far at least I don't feel like it is going to kill me like the western meds!
