Should I take the Covid vaccine?

 Image result for covid
For that matter should I personally take any vaccine..... the answer is NO. My reason is with alpha gal allergy anything coming from a mammal can cause me health issues even to the point of sudden death. We found that out in the hospital with the cancer surgery using I believe it was heparin. ( it is made from pig snot or at least that's what I call it LOL) They give you anticoagulants to prevent blood clots during an after surgery in huge amounts sometime during the process. Whenever they gave me a dose my heart stopped or at least seriously tried to.
I really don't like the idea of the vaccine for political reasons but I wanted to see if it was safe for me to take if I wanted to so I did some research.
I found that for me it is safer to avoid any vaccines because many maybe most use human fetal cells or monkey cells or even mouse cells in their development. This is some of what I learned. For someone else it may be other reasons. You may have known allergies and health issues that your having a hard enough time dealing with and would rather avoid the shots. The biggest problem is other than the fact we don't really know the long term years, or short term 3 hours or 6 months later, effects to our bodies of the shot, many people have no clue they have a problem until they take it and immediately react badly to it.

How making a COVID-19 vaccine confronts thorny ethical issues
A shot at COVID-19 vaccine development shows the ethical issues behind commonly used cell lines
Immortalized cell lines are crucial for many different types of biomedical research, not just vaccines. They’ve been used to study diabetes, hypertension, Alzheimer’s and much more. Some are human cells, but many also come from animal models. For example, many COVID-19 studies — beyond just those related to vaccines — are using Vero cells, a cell line derived from the kidney of an African green monkey, Rasmussen says.
Cells derived from elective abortions, including HEK-293, have been used to develop vaccines, including rubella, hepatitis A, chickenpox and more. Other fetal cell lines, such as the proprietary cell line PER.C6, are also used in vaccine development, including for COVID-19. (When I had my surgery I had to sign a paper when I gave them my consent to use whatever they removed from me for laboratory research. I said sure! I sure don't need it, why waist something that might give them information they can use to help someone in the future.)

Are human immortalized cell lines necessary to make COVID-19 vaccines?

More than 125 candidate vaccines against COVID-19 are under development around the world. As of July 2, 14 were in human trials.
Those vaccines can be divided into a few different types. Some, such as RNA vaccines made by companies like Moderna (SN: 5/18/20), do not require a live cell, and thus, no cell line. But other types do require live cells during their production. That includes candidates that use the old-school method for developing vaccines: attenuation.
Many current vaccines, such as those for influenza, hepatitis B and HPV, are grown in nonhuman cell lines and even chicken eggs, bacteria or yeast. But human cell lines are especially useful when working with a new virus, Koci explains. “We don’t know what’s really important” yet in how the coronavirus replicates, he says. There’s no guarantee that a nonhuman cell line will work immediately. Over a few years of work, Koci says, a COVID-19 vaccine might be developed that could be grown in yeast or chicken eggs. But we don’t have years. “We want to make [the system] look as [much like] a human cell as we can.”
This is where immortal cell lines come in.

What are some of the moral or ethical issues associated with cell lines such as HEK-293 and HeLa?
No matter what cell line is used, ethical questions will need to be answered. Cell lines derived from animals have all the ethical complications associated with animal research. But in the case of fetal cells, some anti-abortion groups are opposed to using anything that involves fetal cell lines anywhere in its development
There is much more about all of this at this link explaining in much more detail the how whens and why all this is done in testing and using human and animal cells.

For me though I found out what I need to about the safety for me.

Are You Stocking Up ?

Start with what you know you can't do without
The Virus
What else for The Virus ??
What about germs ?
Does Lysol kill the Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)?
What about Food ?
What about nutritious foods ?
How Much Do I Stock Up On for Others?
I'm Not a Grocery Store !
What If It Isn't That Bad and I Don't Need It?

Once again this is just the basics. Many of my friends are preppers and know this. Feel free to skip or pass this on to one of those roll your eyes folks. You know who they are. LOL
Hmmmmm....... you see all this stuff on the net and tv. They show you empty food shelves and long lines at the stores with people loading up their baskets like crazy.
Then you hear some officials saying...... Oh just stock up for a week or two. (This is to try and keep the supply chain working smoothly and stores from getting totally bare.) At anytime most stores only have a few days of stock on the shelves in most cases. When you have folks making a store run all at the same time with more than normal take home hauls the supply trucks just can't keep up with the demand. It's a mean little circle we get going here.
So should you or should you ??

Not like you have a lot of choice given the way folks naturally think and do. So what should you stock up on and how much ?? What are you worried about the most ??
Food and normal household operations ?
Cold medicines??
Cleaning and disinfection stuff? So many directions to go.
A whole lot of this depends on how much money you have to spend available or how much you want to put on a credit card and worry about it later. Funding will determine a lot of what you get.
Start with what you know you can't do without .... prescriptions .... Any medicines your family takes on a daily basis is a good thing. Make sure all your prescriptions are current and you have bought whatever your allowed to have at one time. If you can fill it once a month and don't really use it all up ..... fill it anyway.  Not only is it nice to have the extra in case your low on money some day but a lot of a medicines are manufactured overseas. It's pretty hard to tell which ones are not made in the USA. So get what you can anyway when you can for all family members. Some medicines are getting in short supply but they don't tell you which ones. Ask your pharmacist, mine is not seeing any shortages at this time.   ( Don't forget your pet meds)
The Virus  .... Right now the main concern is this virus. If and when you get it you will need things to help you get well and handle all the symptoms. Like any other cold or flu. You will need things for runny nose, chest congestion, cough drops, fever, aches and pains, muscle rubs for sore ribs from coughing for sure. There are a lot of over the counter things a person can use and stock up on. You get what works for you and your family. Whatever brand that is. Whatever works with the other prescription meds you may be taking for blood pressure etc. Don't just get some for one member of the family. You might as well get enough for each member. You know darn well everyone is going to share it once is gets in the house! Gee thanks ya'll !
What else for The Virus ??
You really need to keep up your immunity with nutrition and healthy foods. If you take vitamins be sure to have those on hand for the next few months. Everyone is different. Some like to use a daily multi vitamin and figure their just fine. My doctors always want to make sure I am getting enough of certain ones and it just can't be covered in one multivitamin. If that's all you can afford it is a lot better than nothing. A lot of one a day type vitamins can have every one of these listed below on their list but not always in the amount that may work best for your body and the way it functions.
This website has a list of what you should try to get enough of in your system.
https://takecareof.com/articles/what-vitamins-supplements-help-immune-system
If your diet does not provide adequate levels of any the following vitamins and minerals, your immune system may not be operating at its best:
    Vitamin B
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin D
    Vitamin E
    Folic acid
    Iron
    Selenium
    Zinc
What about germs ? There are loads of home cleaning products from vinegar, to bleach and just plain hot soapy water that works in keeping the germ load down. Then there are store brands ( I've noticed Dollar General has a copy of Lysol products also). Personally I like Lysol because they have done the lab studies showing just how effective it really is. This is what Lysol says.
Lysol disinfectant spray is a hospital-grade spray and kills 99.9 percent of viruses, including norovirus, which causes the stomach flu. It also eliminates 99.9 percent of bacteria and fungi, helping to control the growth of mold and mildew, remove odors, and prevent seasonal colds, flu, and allergies.
Does Lysol kill the Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)?
https://www.lysol.com/healthy-home/understanding-coronavirus/
Specific Lysol products have demonstrated effectiveness against viruses similar to 2019 Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) on hard, non-porous surfaces. In accordance with the EPA Viral Emerging Pathogen Policy, the following Lysol products can be used against 2019 Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) when used in accordance with the directions for use.
I have covered some of the basics on building our immunity up with more to come on that.
What about Food ? What do you eat on a weekly basis? You know your going to need that every week so try to get what will not go bad and last for a month if you can. More if you can swing the money. If you have a freezer it is your best friend right now. Things like bread and other stuff that won't keep on the counter long lives a long time in the freezer.
The hardest thing to stock up on and actually last is the fresh foods like veggies, eggs and milk. It will all last a little while in the fridge but give it a week and your wanting to chunk a lot of things. So this means you will run out of this for sure. It may be in the grocery store no problem then again if the world has gone nuts there may not be much in the grocery store. You never really know. Dried fruit, canned or dried veggies or frozen ( I would go canned because you run out of freezer too quick) will at least last a while on your kitchen shelf until you eat it.
What about nutritious foods ? The fresher the better in most cases. Thank goodness spring is coming and some of us can grow some fresh veggies for the family or neighbors to put on the table. Things that have not been processed into cans, frozen dinners and handy dandy one meal boxes just are not the very best nutrition in most cases. In this situation with a bunch of sick people in the house and some of your either flat don't know how to cook or are too sick to cook it may be your best option.  There is something good to be said about pancake, biscuit mixes etc. in this situation. Most of these mixes you just add water because it has the eggs, milk etc. in it. That's a good thing when you can't get those fresh items very easy! Your not using up your fresh goods in the pantry.
Soups with low salt, hot teas, cranberry juice, oatmeal, vegetable stews, chili's, (the hotter and spiciest you can stand). These are a few of the normal sick people foods most families do. Avoid using the microwave. It doesn't help good nutrition at all.
Read the labels, avoid the sugars, high sodium, preservatives, MSG, when at all possible. Look for NON GMO and natural.
How Much Do I Stock Up On for Others?
There is a exception to what I said up above to try to get enough for a month for your family if you can afford it. Sometimes you have kids grown up and on their own some single some married or parents that are low on funds. They may live across town or a few towns over. If you able to purchase for the other family members no longer living at home to have on hand wonderful! Some of you probably have folks that roll their eyes thinking your crazy. That's ok, don't argue with them. If you want to buy for them do it just don't tell them. If things go upside down in the world around you and they are in need you will have it.
I'm Not a Grocery Store !
No your not but by the time you get all stocked up with your needful things you will for sure look like one. LOL If your a neat freak and everything has to be in it's place or you go crazy ... Good Luck With That! LOL You have some secrets you want to share please let me know. Garages, empty bedrooms or home offices are nice clean places usually. You can stack neatly with similar items or buy shelves. Whatever works for you. Main thing is sanitation. Someplace you can have safe temperatures, away from mice and other creepy crawly's. Garages can be nice but mine gets so dusty and the occasional mouse so open shelves are not a good thing for me. Don't forget to use a marker and put the date you bought it on the item front so you can keep your stock rotated and fresh.
What If It Isn't That Bad and I Don't Need It?
Stocking up is like insurance.
You buy house and auto insurance and pay out the wazoo for it and still don't use it!
Stocking up insurance at least you actually get to use.
If everything stays in good order and the world around you doesn't go upside down that's a good thing!
Everything you may have stocked up on you will use eventually.
You will have learned how to better take care of your family in a bad bigger than you situation.
You may decide you want to continue to have items on hand and that it just makes sense.
You may figure out it sure is nice not to order in or go to the store so often for needful things.

The Great Dr. Visit Experiment

Went to Dr. Thursday for hubby's check up. Thought I would try to do this reasonably right and be extra careful.
Had great plans going out. I put clothes out in the garage I would change into so I could wash the town clothes I wore into the office.
Planned on taking some kind of Lysol wipes for the hands on the way out before opening truck doors.
Forgot them by the time I got out the door and into the truck.
Went into the appointment at the very last minute so not to be exposed any more than needed.
Didn't touch anything going in using the auto door opener with my elbow.
very few folks in the waiting room.
First thing they hand you a clip board and pen to fill out info sheet. (ZAP GOTCHA)
Take masks provided but husband doesn't want to wear one.
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Sit down away from anyone and don't touch anything with hands but still body touches furniture.
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Take back clipboard. (ZAP GOTCHA)
Quicker than usual get called back.
Don't touch any doors going in.
Have to touch rails on wall to be weighed in.
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Although I went to bathroom before leaving home I had to use the Dr. bathroom I was careful but...
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Go into room to wait a very short time.
Nurse comes in to get all info. Nobody wears masks.
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Don't touch anything but have to take BP cuff on his arm.
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Everything good. Get to go check out.
Touch the counter at check out place.
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Use hand sanitizer for both of us.
I have to remind husband don't touch any doors just elbow to door button.
Get into our truck and add to our normal germs with shoes and clothing.
(ZAP GOTCHA)
Then we go out to eat and the insurance place to pay a bill. All kinds of
(ZAP GOTCHAS)
Get home grab everything to go in including dog.
Put garage door down and I was brave enough to strip down to tail undies. (It was way cold !!!)
Carefully get dressed and put clothes in laundry without touching GOTCHA clothes with anything but hands.
Husband said heck no he wasn't going to wash his clothes also spreading GOTCHA germs all though house.
Open house door spreading the
(GOTCHAS)
I wash hands and say well that was a pain and interesting experiment.

CONCLUSION:  NO MATTER HOW CAREFUL YOU ARE the whole family must participate AND you will still be exposed to
(GOTCHAS)  when you walk out the door of your home.
THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE A CHANCE to not get whatever is going around..................
Don't go out the door of your home or let others in.
Stock up on needed food before your area gets in full swing sick to have less trips out the door.
Stock up on meds you normally take or have delivered to you.
Stock up on home sanitizing products
Stock up on a sick room area if you have the room to isolate a sick person.

BUILD UP YOUR AND YOUR FAMILIES IMMUNITY ..........
The best you possibly can doing everything you know how to do with basic body care.
Wash Hands for 20 seconds all the time
Remove as much stress as you can from around your life.
Drink proper amount of water for your body weight.
Get the correct amount of proper sleep
Take vitamins C, D, B, for sure and most anything else your particular body needs.
Get plenty of sunshine.
EAT GOOD NUTRITIOUS FOOD........
    Read the labels
Not a load of processed meals.
From scratch as much as you can.
    Veggies fresh when possible.
    Avoid the microwave.
Avoid as much sugar, MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup and preservatives of any kind.
Make time to exercise. Even if age prevents vigorous exercise walk around, use tread mill or something.

A person may not be able to totally avoid getting sick but you may be able to fight it off much easier than most and get well quicker than others if you can get your immunity built up by giving your body what it needs.

It's just not safe

Right now to be out in public for anyone.

Everywhere I went today people were sick either with the crud or maybe the flu.
Stuffed up, sniffling etc.
I have already had 2 rounds of antibiotics and 2 rounds of steroids and 2 trips to the ER and several trips to the doctor just to try to breathe! I finally started treating it like a allergy with antihistamines and that helped to get it under control but I am still not out of the woods. Lousy lungs do not help this at all.

Today I thought I think I can make it to town to drop off a big piece of hubby's birthday cake to his shut in Aunt and  get a carburetor for old blue and dollar general for a couple of things. I am tired of not getting out and around with this being sick business. Well I did pretty good except after moving around I was just all choked up again. It was a little terrifying really to tell you the truth. I was exposing myself to all kinds of things that will try to kill me. When you are sick and feeling lousy you just figure aww it's going around. But when you get out in the world and see just how much it is going around hitting all age groups it is like I really need to go home wash my hands change my clothes and hide!
It is dark dreary and misting icy stuff. The north doors on my truck were frozen shut just enough.

I have to wonder WHY ARE WE ALL SO SICK?!

Are we all in such sad shape and our immunity is so low anything will get us?

When this is getting all age groups not just the old folks that are sub par anyway it's pretty bad.
I know that weather really does effect the animals on the ranch. Is that what is going on ?

Our bodies just don't adjust well to weather changes?

Lung Doctor Visit

Went to the lung doctor.... thursday. Thought I might find some really good answers. Did a breathing test. No ex rays at this time. I have had one recently they said I had a lot of scrar tissue.

He said I have COPD but mainly from the Asthma not heart of anything like that.

Of course he said I would feel much better if I lost a load of weight. I never had much luck with that but it has been years so I might give it a try again. I am not one of those people that likes to measure and count things. That is such BS! Tell me I can eat this and this and I am good to go. No trading or this for that or anything.....

I saw a package deal at Sams I might try. Problem with that is I am so sensitive to all the stuff they put in food sometimes it makes me sick. I still might try it. Maybe I will get lucky. Will have to read the box.

I had a sausage patty at home and felt depressed all day..... for instance.

He told me to increase my D3 from 2000 IU to 4000. Everything else I am taking looked good to him.  (Proud of that one! I did pretty good figuring that out! LOL)

He did say I am a intelligent person. (in other words fairly educated for the average Josephine on the street) about the medical stuff.

He actually sent me to a Chinese doctor for patients he can't do much with. He said he has done wonders for his folks he couldn't help.

Soooo .... what did I get out of all this..... ?????

I am smart enough....
I need to seriously lose the weight ...somehow....
I also am under more stress than I realized. I am always the fixer for everyone else. Time to tell most folks to simply go to hell so I can do what I want to do for me.....Never been to good at that. ...

I thought I would actually give the allopathic medicine a try with a steroid type spray. If it will make me feel good enough I can walk on my machine just long enough to make  a difference in my weight it will be worth it.  I am so against this stuff but I am also desperate.

WELL THAT WAS ONE HECK OF A MISTAKE!!!!

I used this spray 3 times...... after 2 times I could tell something was off but on #3 I looked up the side effects.

I have 13 of the serious ones you stop using and call the doctor.
I have 5 of the less serious ones.... All of that from just 3 times!!!

To !@@###LL with it!!

I will go back to homeopathy and do more research from a different angle. Maybe I will have better luck there. So far at least I don't feel like it is going to kill me like the western meds!

Ebola --- Yes There is Some Good News

I admit it is hard to find but here is a little.
I thought I would post something positive for us to work with.
I will try to find more information on the supplements they talk about here and post that also.

Not only that if you investigate you can learn what your body needs as far as nutritional supplements or Nutritional Food to better arm yourself not only from  Ebola but even this seasons Flu, which I am sure will be high just for the shear fact everyone will be stressing out over Ebola! Either way it is hard to win.
Naturally if your taking any medications or have other health issues talk to whoever you get your medical advice from just to make sure you don't mess something up accidentally.

I left as much chit chat out as I could on the article and left what appears to be the important parts.

http://www.naturalhealth365.com/ebola-virus-outbreak-1172.html

The Ebola virus outbreak is spreading rapidly

flu couple(NaturalHealth365) The news about Ebola continues to be bad. The reported death toll has passed 4,000, with just about all of the cases coming from Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea. This past Friday, David Nabarro, the U.N. special envoy for Ebola, said ‘the number of Ebola cases is probably doubling every three-to-four weeks and the response needs to be 20 times greater than it was at the beginning.’
As the death toll from the Ebola virus continues to rise and the disease spreads, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security are attempting to implement stricter measures to protect Americans from getting ill.

Will new airport screening procedures actually protect us from Ebola?

Starting today, at John F. Kennedy International airport, employees will be checking the temperature of travelers arriving from the most affected countries in Africa. Throughout the week, these check points will be conducted at Newark Liberty, Washington Dulles, Chicago O’Hare and Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta. According to Customs officials, ‘about 150 people travel daily from or through Liberia, Sierra Leone or Guinea to the United States, and nearly 95 percent of them land first at one of the five airports.
But, what happens if you’re cleared for travel and two days later you develop symptoms? How does this ‘stepped up’ screening procedure really help to eliminate the threat of Ebola?  Maybe those people in charge of public health should read about a “surprising solutions for Ebola“?

Don’t laugh: The CDC and CBP think that ‘new’ screening procedures will prevent the spread of Ebola

According to Secretary of Homeland Secretary Jeh Johnson, “These expanded screening measures will provide an additional layer of protection to help ensure the risk of Ebola in the United States is minimized.”
But, as admitted by most media outlets already, the case of Thomas Eric Duncan would NOT have been prevented with these extra ‘security’ measures because Mr. Duncan had no symptoms when he arrived in the United States. Which begs the question – ‘what can we really do to eliminate the spread of Ebola?’

We already have nutritional protocols designed to eliminate the threat of infectious diseases

Some people, on the internet, suggest that this entire ‘Ebola panic’ is being orchestrated (and staged) to depopulate the Earth and/or profit off human suffering by eventually forcing millions of people to take a vaccine, which is monopolized by the pharmaceutical industry. Either way, the sad truth is there are already proven strategies to prevent the spread of infectious diseases – which are being ignored by poorly-educated, government-controlled health officials.
In fact, I started to talk about this in a recent article entitled, “Five facts about Ebola suppressed by mainstream media outlets”.
You may already know intuitively that you’re less susceptible to infectious diseases when you’re well-nourished. Meeting your daily requirements for protein, iron, zinc, vitamin C, and essential minerals will allow your immune system to effectively manage cellular inflammation and minimize the risk of bacterial (or viral) infections.
If you want proof, about the power of nutrition to prevent, even reverse disease symptoms, just look up the work of Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D., Dr. Mark Sircus, Ac., OMD, DM (P), Andrew Saul, Ph.D. and Thomas E. Levy, M.D. – just to name a few pioneers, in the field of science and medicine. These health experts could offer so much great advice to the leaders of those West African nations – if only they knew to ask.
For example, the “multi-C protocol” would be a great way to neutralize the threat of any bacterial or viral infection.  I only hope one of the doctors in Africa can help us to spread the news.

Reduce your risk for Ebola by supporting the immune system

Conventionally speaking, I’m sure I’ll be accused of being ‘radical’ or ‘reckless’ to suggest that a strong immune system is our best defense against infectious diseases.  So far, conventional medicine has only suggested that we diagnosis and quarantine those affected by Ebola and ‘hope for the best’ – since we have no “cure”.  But, in reality, the medical literature is filled with effective ways to minimize the risk of viral infections.
Selenium, a potent antioxidant mineral, helps to protect our cells from free radical damage.  Interesting to note, the head of the CDC has already said he fears that Ebola ‘might be the next AIDS.’ Yet, not one word was mentioned about the work of Dr. Harold Foster – who pioneered the use of selenium and amino acids, plus antioxidants, for the successful treatment of HIV/AIDS patients. Dr. Foster said:
“Physicians involved in a selenium and amino-acid field trial in Botswana … are reporting that this nutritional protocol reverses AIDS in 99% of patients receiving it, usually within three weeks.”
Imagine, just 3 Brazil nuts can provide more than enough selenium for the human body per day. So, why aren’t we trying to improve the nutritional status of those afflicted in West Africa?
Vitamin C gets rapidly depleted by hemorrhagic viruses – which describes Ebola. In fact, at its end-stage, those suffering with Ebola probably have zero vitamin C within their body.  Instead of spending millions of dollars on ‘experimental’ vaccines – why don’t we test the effectiveness of high-dose vitamin C therapies for these infected patients?
According to Robert F. Cathcart, M.D.:
“My experience with giving massive doses of ascorbic acid orally to over 30,000 patients and with giving intravenous sodium ascorbate to over 2,000 patients would indicate that with Ebola and other viral hemorrhagic fever diseases that intravenous sodium ascorbate should be used in doses beginning with at least 180 grams per 24 hours. If the fever is not controlled or the symptoms are not reduced, the dosage and the rate of administration should be increased until they are controlled.”
It simply blows my mind that state health officials are not “experimenting” with the administration of IV vitamin C to the Ebola patients.
Magnesium is one of the most overlooked minerals for optimal health. In fact, according to magnesium expert Carolyn Dean, MD, ND, ‘most people are deficient in magnesium’ due to current farming and food processing methods.
Today, we’re lucky if we get enough magnesium in the diet – which suggests that supplementation is a must. Obviously, everyone is different – so start slowly and work your way up to see what works best for you. Couple magnesium with iodine, and you’ve got a great ‘first line of defense’ against unwanted pathogens.
Just to be clear, when the body becomes magnesium deficient – toxins can accumulate quickly – which speeds up the aging process and increasing the risk of premature death.
Vitamin D is widely known to strengthen immune function. But, before you begin a supplementation protocol, get blood tested. For optimal health, blood levels of 25 OH D should be around 60 – 80 ng/ml. Gee, I wonder, do you think Ebola patients are deficient in vitamin D?
